Dr. Jones-Dees is a good fit for our family because she genuinely cares for my children. The relationship she has with my kids and myself is amazing! When I have a question about either of my children she always makes it her number one concern to answer it as quickly as possible. Lastly, she makes my kids feel valued. They both love going to see her at ima Healthcare, it’s a wonderful clinic.

My son Blake has some very complex GI health issues. The best thing I ever did was move him from a large healthcare system to ima Healthcare and Dr. Jones-Dees. She is the first doctor that has taken the time to get to know Blake as a person and not just a diagnosis. She has been instrumental in improving Blake’s quality of life, coordinating his care, and doing all that she can to make sure he has all that he needs.

I can’t tell you how many times she has kept Blake out of the hospital and advocated on our behalf. She has shown us how to trust physicians again through her kindness and patience. She is truly invested in her patients and wants what is best for them. Blake calls Dr. Jones-Dees his “Lifesaver” because of all she’s done for him.

Dr. Jenifer Jones-Dees at ima Healthcare Kids Care feels like a friend who became a doctor. She really takes time with our children Crew and Nora, and Crew loves going to see her. Getting an appointment at ima Healthcare makes me feel like you are in a small town, they get you in promptly, and answer your calls and emails quickly. They truly care about the entire family. Dr. Jenifer Jones-Dees is filled with compassion. Our children really enjoy going to see her. Dr. Jones-Dees is extremely thorough and very patient. Our daughter had a serious hemangioma on her eye lid. The medication prescribed meant a potential 4 day hospital stay. Dr. Jones-Dees knew that would be a traumatic experience for Olivia, so she worked with the specialist and was able to administer the medication in the clinic where she could monitor her. Thanks to Dr Jones-Dees, Olivia has no long-term vision problems that we are aware of. She has also worked miracles for our son with autism. Dr. Jones-Dees is absolutely phenomenal.
