As a young man, Dr. Mike Lillestol attended schools in Breckenridge, MN, Fargo, and Bismarck, ND. After a short stint as a pharmacist, Dr. Lillestol became an internal medicine physician. Mike is married with 4 grown children. He enjoys the company of his grandchildren and loves to get a round of golf in when he can.

Amanda was born and raised in Fargo. She enjoys spending quality time with her husband and daughter, exploring the outdoors, and traveling. She finds fulfillment in community outreach and volunteering in various capacities.
Her clinical skills include developing nutrition care plans, working closely with the interdisciplinary care team, interpreting nutrition-related lab values and addressing abnormal findings, and staying up-to-date on current nutrition research.
